Here is my implementation of the enums listed in the ECMA standard.  

There are a couple of notes to go with this "checkin".  The ECMA standard is a
little out of date when compared to the beta2 from Microsoft. I didn't see any
governance on the list or at the site about how we should handle this and with
that in mind I stuck to the standard.  In most cases where they differed, it was
due to the addition of new enum elements.  Should the code base more towards
beta2 these elements can always be added.  Beta2 includes more enums than those
listed in the standard that are not in this submission.

I got a lot of good feedback concerning how the enums should be added. Taking
all this into consideration here is the breakdown... The enums listed in the
standard jumped all over the namespace, ranging from corlib/System to System to
System.Net.Sockets. The enums in the standard are located in several different
assemblies.  That pretty much killed the usage of
one-enum-file-fits-all-or-a-few or made it impractical.   Additionally, there
was a little overlap in my list and what a few previous implementers had done.
This was great as it saved me some work!  It, also, reinforced the one public
class/enum etc.. per file and was easy to detect when this had been done.  I
considered it preriot and broke mine out into individual files.  The files are
zipped up and each dir includes an addChangeLog that can be read into the
ChangeLog.
