The docs say Create() returns an object. How did you determine the return
value was a "ReadOnlyNameValueCollection"?

Subject: [Mono-list] Undocumented classes?

  Hi all,

I am currently working on the System.Configuration namespace. In the
NameValueSectionHandler class, there is a method called Create().
If I call this method using the classes provided with MS's .NET framework,
It will return a System.Configuration.ReadOnlyNameValueCollection. The
problem is,
this class doesn't exist in their documentation anywhere. Has anyone else
ran into a similar situation?

  Thanks,
  Christopher Podurgiel
