[Mono-list] Undocumented classes?

Hi all,
I am currently working on the System.Configuration namespace. In the =
NameValueSectionHandler class, there is a method called Create().
If I call this method using the classes provided with MS's .NET =
framework, It will return a =
System.Configuration.ReadOnlyNameValueCollection. The problem is,
this class doesn't exist in their documentation anywhere. Has anyone =
else ran into a similar situation?
