[Mono-list] A few more Collections needed

Miguel,

I'd like to do these two classes.  Since they are abstract, I'm assuming there isn't much to them.  Do I need to coordinate with anyone else?

I also sent you my ssh ident before, but wasn't working on classes at the time.  Can you make the CVS account for me now that I've committed myself?
