[Mono-docs-list] Mac OS X

I don't know if this is the correct place for this question, but I was 
wondering if there is any documentation concerning the installation of 
mono/monodevelop on the Mac. I've downloaded and installed the 
monoframework-1.0.2.dmg but I need help in getting the rest of it 
installed. I would class myself as computer literate (I am a mainframe 
programmer for a living) but I am not really 'unix savvy'. What I need 
is 'An idiot's guide to installing mono on Mac OSX'
