[Mono-docs-list] Monkeyguide license?

Then the only choice for the license for documentation is X11, so we
have to contact the other contributors (in the possible) of monkeyguide
to agree to use X11. And will be necessary to post a similar notice like
in monodoc that all contributions are licensed under X11 in my IMHO.
