[Mono-docs-list] Documentation for ADO.net

Guys,

While working on the ASP.net based go-mono.com, I realized that there is
currently lots of "documentation" on there that should be really moved
to other places.

I think that just about everything under /Plans/ADO.NET should be moved
somewhere else.

Could someone find the right home for the stuff under there? We should
then condense the "status reports" under a single page. We should update
the current website with that condensed page, and use it for the new
site as well.
