I found out today that the developer have abandoned the gnome-2-port
branch and switched over to HEAD. So, instead of "cvs co -r gnome-2-port
gtkhtml", just do a plain
	
		cvs co gtkhtml

I've added a little tidbit in monodoc/README on building the doc
browser.

This is an interesting idea. Miguel and I have been talking about
setting up some more infrastructure to make it easier for us to do
releases and website management. Setting up a wiki might be a step in
the right direction, but I don't know much about it.
