[Mono-docs-list] Error running browser.exe

What you're missing is an IRC conversation held a few days ago... ;-)
libgtkhtml-3 *is not* the same as libgtkhtml-2.
libgtkhtml-3 is, in fact, GtkHtml 1 migrated to use GTK+ 2, which is a
different beast from GtkHtml 2 (which is Gnome-internal, IIRC).
libgtkhtml-3 is being worked on by the Evolution developers. It has not
been publicly released yet (e.g. in the form of RPMs), but you can get
it by looking in Gnome CVS HEAD for the gtkhtml component (IIRC).
In short, I don't know of a way to get libgtkhtml-3 inside of 60
seconds. It's "bleeding edge," and I'm not sure when "mere mortals"
(such as myself) will get to play with it.
