Yes, we should move it out of the documents. It is only in, because I
initialy started an ADO.NET tutorial and an ASP.NET tutorial and then merged
in monkyguide. We could state, that the copyright is always by the person,
that is mentioned with "by XXX, YYY, ZZZ" on each page.
