[Mono-docs-list] Licens for the documentation

Hi there!

I notice that there are scathered license text around the document.
Could we add an appendex with a license for everything in the
monkeyguide?

GNU Free Documentation License would be nice.

Is it posible in that appendix to state who has the copyright too?
