    Right now Joe Betz volunteered to help me out in the documentation. He was
also stuck at the same point, as he referred to a discussion some time back.

    So, for the time being, that we have thought of is to make external
documentation, as celebrated by the URL you pointed out. Assuming that the tools
will support the tags propagated by mcs, I guess we can start-off.

: Adam and John have done some of the work needed, but I am not sure we
: are ready yet to have the documents written.  We still need the tools to
: be completed.

    The tools can then be put to use.
