The format that Nick proposed is pretty similar to what the mcs/doctools 
stuff generates, with some minor additions.  Should be at least a good 
starting spot.

Oh, and I think that Adam Treat was interested in working on docs stuff 
too.  Adam?  Ping?  ;-)
