Yes, it would be very nice to get that integrated in the initial face. 

I was thinking of a directory structure which could match the TOC and
languages, also maybe the formats used:

html
  en
   Getting started
   Various tools
   ....
  dk
  fr
docbook
  en
  dk
  fr
postscript
  en
  dk
  fr

What do you guys think?

Great!

Im cellebrating xmas right now, but tomorrow I should be able to start
working a little more, ill try to incorporate Felix's TOC, if nobody
else starts on it before me.
