[Mono-dev] Still stuck in a bad place with TLS 1.2 support

Hi,

Thanks for the way to test if TLS 1.2 is up and good on my Mono build.

I seem to be good on that account.

I've posted a null pointer exception issue to the mono bugzilla that occurs
when I run my service with Mono 4.9 and BTLS on Mac. I've provided a sample
app that demonstrates working on windows but failing on mac.
