[Mono-dev] State of TLS, SslStream and HttpWebRequest support in Mono

Will it finally be possible to use client certificates with ECDSA keys, after 
the changes? (The bug report https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=8563 
is lying around for quite some time)
