[Mono-dev] Some test failures for s390x

I found that the tests (except for finalizer-exception) work if there are more than 1 core. It seems the threads that are woken after gc don't get much of an opportunity to do anything before the thread doing GC kicks off again. Now to find out why finalizer-exception doesn't work.
