[Mono-dev] Build mono from git sources.

Hello

I am updating my copy of git repository more or less frequently.
Recently when i tried to build my sources i have got an error

Making all in io-layer
make[3]: Entering directory `/home/telebovich/Projects/mono/mono/io-layer'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `atomic.c', needed by `atomic.lo'. 
Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/telebovich/Projects/mono/mono/io-layer'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I have not find this file in the directory and any link to it. Configuration
works fine. 
Is it possible that the error was caused by commit 
7547f6f2f1162a62129e669710053e7c2b8293ad
?

How can i fix this error?
