[Mono-dev] Large file support broken on at least Mac

Can someone with commit access take a look at https://github.com/mono/mono/pull/455 . It is a simple change to fix the compile time check for large file support. Currently accessing large files is broken in the shipping version of 2.11.4 on at least Mac due to this bug.
