Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that I released the LINQ and Linq.Dynamic
backport for the .NET Framework 2.0, here:
http://linq4you.codeplex.com/
under the MIT license.
It's compiled from the necessary parts of the sources of mono 2.8.1,
as well as from the source of Linq.Dynamic.
LINQ2SQL and XML I will do later on - if possible, at which time I will
also upgrade everything with mono 2.10 sources.
So now, you can use LINQ even if you are stuck with the 2.0 Framework
for administrative reasons.
Unlike LINQBridge, it supports lambdas and expression trees, as
demonstrated and required by Linq.Dynamic.
Note that it comes with absolutely no warranty, but it worked right-away
on the Linq.Dynamic paging example that I tested (example 1).
If anybody is interested, let me know if it worked for you.
