[Mono-dev] mod_mono on OSX

Hey guys,

    I would love to ship mod_mono on OSX enabled by default, with the proper
settings to let users use ASPX directly from their ~/Sites directory.   The
good news is that mod_mono compiles out of the box, with no changes.

    It seems that our installer places things in the wrong place for this to
work automatically.   So far, it seems like we need to put the mod_mono.conf
file, not in the /private/etc/apache2 but inside /private/etc/apache2/other

    Once I got that, I got a crash which is hard to debug, and I am
wondering if anyone else has gotten mod_mono to work out of the box on OSX
and would like to share their recipe.
