[Mono-dev] WCF support for Generic collections

I remember reading someplace that WCF did not yet support generic types such
as:

[DataMember]
public Dictionary<string, string> OptimizationParms;

...but I cannot find that at the moment, and I am not sure if it was old.  

So, does WCF currently support generic collections?
