[Mono-dev] Macros and Marks

Added Vi style macros (qa and then @a to execute) and modified the
previous Vi style bookmark code to ensure that non-alphanumeric
characters are not assigned to macros.

The file 'src/core/Mono.Texteditor/Mono.TextEditor.Vi/ViMode.cs' needs
to be patched. Please note that I've diffed with the original (svn)
version and not the version patched with the previous patch I mailed
on this group.
