[Mono-dev] Marks in Vi Mode

This patch adds marks (ma and then `a) capabilities to the Vi mode of
the code editor in the MonoDevelop IDE. The file
'src/core/Mono.Texteditor/Mono.TextEditor.Vi/ViMode.cs' needs to be
patched.

I am very new to all this (especially to C#) and suggestions /
comments to improve my code are more than welcome.
