[Mono-dev] What is best environment for building mono-2.8.1 for Windows?

Also I use mainly windows programming. If I can compile mono and mono class
in visualstudio, I think I can help mono team. Because I can find some bugs
and can fix them. (but can't compile and test. So I tried compiling on
windows several times. but it was failed.)
I use mono, daily on my windows and linux servers. If I can fix bug or
problems for myself, I can use mono widely in my company, in thousands
server. For the first, I need to success compile mono on my windows
workstation without cygwin.
Next year, I will challenge again :-)
