[Mono-dev] Windows Eglib Build Broken

Hey guys,

The Windows Eglib (MSVC) build is broken.  The error is this:

"C:\mono-workspace\mono\msvc\mono.sln" (default target) (1) ->
(Libraries\monoposixhelper target) ->
   c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include\stdio.h(358): 
error C3163: '_vsnprintf': attributes inconsistent with previous declaration


This error began in r140515 (gonzalo), but was probably introduced in 
r140453 (gonzalo).

(r140453 - r140512 were broken for a different reason.)

If anyone with some better C skills than me could take a look, I'd 
appreciate it.
