[Mono-dev] Turn olive project into incubation project for mono

Hello friends,

Olive is project is not much active now but it contains some useful code. I  
think it would be better if we turn it into incubation module for mono  
(similar to eclipse incubation), so that people can add new ideas into  
olive project and when idea become mature than we will include it into main  
mono package or as a separate package or addon whatever is suitable. The  
reason behind this is to make olive central place to all new  
ideas/experiments/..
It will also provide separation between main project and other stuff.
What other have to say?
