Does that mean that Fedora's method of putting the CIL files into
%{_libdir} is the future-proof thing to do?
If so, why does mono and mono using projects all install to /usr/lib
instead of %{_libdir}? Is it just a bad interpretation of an example
that's then been cargo-culted out to the whole mono ecosystem?
