[Mono-dev] Trying to build embedded samples on VS 2005

Just checked out the svn head of mono, followed the build instructions so
everything works up to building the actual executables due to not finding
the <mono/jit/jit.h> header. And true, jit.h is located in
<mono/mini/jit.h>. Has there been an update which is not reflected in the
samples?
