[Mono-dev] Windows installation (or even unpacking) without admin privileges?

Hi,

I haven't installed a Win32 Mono release since 1.2.6, and after trying  
today I found that installation of 2.2 isn't possible due to security  
restrictions - "You must be logged in as an adminsitrator when  
installing this program.".

I work as a consultant in a corporate environment, and getting local  
admin do do this isn't an option.
