[Mono-dev] Unable to build MD 1.9 against RC 1

Hi Paul,

The MD developers want MD 1.9 to be treated as an Alpha product.  We'll
be using 1.0 (+ some patches I'd be happy to share, from the 1.0 branch)
for openSUSE 11.0.

Certainly if you are going to use 1.9 you'd want to pick up fixes from
the 1.9 branch.  It's a funny thing, really, because a lot of bugs go
away when you upgrade to 1.9 but there are also some glaring new ones.

Thanks - I'm using the one from the MD website, so that would probably
explain things :-)
