[Mono-dev] error CS0006: cannot find metadata file `System.Data.dll`

ok i found the package
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=default&section=all&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=System.Data.dll).
i installed both 1.0 and 2.0, but which one am i supposed to
use/install???

i also found i have to install this package to get the .exe file to
run because i was getting the following error:
"Unhandled Exception: System.NotSupportedException: CodePage 1252 not supported"
