[Mono-dev] GIT# project for GSOC

The project was approved, but the student did not show up on day 1.

There were two students, one emailed me to tell me he was sorry, but had
taken a job, and the other one never replied to a single email once SoC
started.   I believe the Git# student was the one that never replied to
a single email.
