[Mono-dev] [PATCH] HttpWebResponse: Add missing disposed checks

Hey,

The attached patch adds several missing disposed checks, and initializes
the contentLength field in the ctor.

All changes are covered by unit tests that also pass on MS (1.1 SP1/2.0
SP1).

Let me know if it's ok to commit.
