[Mono-dev] Mono Install Failure Error.. Please help

I am trying to install on OSX (Leapard) using the prebuilt DMG  
installer..

This is the error I got

Install Failed
The following install step failed: run postflight script for  
Mono.Framework. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.
