retrieving objects from the GC, but i could be totally wrong.

For some reason, under OSX, objects seem to be getting lost (null pointers
to data coming up in ves_exec_method_with_context() and
stackval_to_data()) while using the interpreter.

I am using version 6.2 of the GC downloaded separately because the OSX
build of the GC included with the runtime is currently broken. (WIll be
filing a bug report soon, possibly with a patch because i fixed this once
before but since lost the fixes :)) I have not tried running without the
GC. This shouldn't do anything more than just allocate objects until the
machine runs out of memory, correct?

Is there a specific person or group that is working on the PPC port? I
know Miguel said that the PPC port of the jit was planned to be done by
the PDC, but didnt' specify who was doing it.
