I've just committed (r86462) a few changes to mod_mono which make it
compile with apache 1.3 and without apr. Note, however, that the recently added
features (dashboard accounting/synchronization, auto-restart support) won't
work with apache 1.3 (they require apr and the 1.3 version of the module is not
written to support it). If you need the features, I suggest moving to apache2.
