That error is not much to go on... I regularly compile mono on windows
with no problems, but not with moonlight active, building mono with
moonlight under windows has not afaik been tested and it probably is
not ok yet.
Before that, though, you should try to build mono without
--with-moonlight under windows, to make sure your setup is correct and
that what you are experiencing is really a problem with the moonlight
support and not with your setup.
