[Mono-dev] Planning: Mono version numbers.

I'd say make up our own version numbers, but create a wiki page with a table
where you can easily lookup in which mono version a specific .Net feature
was/will be introduced.

Something like:

System.Windows.Forms 1.1    1.2     Nov 2006
VB Compiler                 1.2.4   May 2007
ASP.Net 2                   2.0     Aug 2007
System.Windows.Forms 2.0    2.2     Jan 2008
System.Management           currently no plans to implement
