[Mono-dev] Suggestions abt layout designer

I think my questions is not clear. I'm talking abt Qt's layout controls not
whole  designer.  These controls ease laying controls or grp of controls.

This  article  will  give  more  idea  what  exactly  I'm saying.

I think these tools are good enough. The only thing that might be
