That is not possible or practical, as many of characters are rather
mapped incorrectly than mapped to nowhere (and there is no way to
detect those map-to-nowhere conversion for mcs). csc is another
example that does nothing for such issues.

Those manpage sources are in trunk/mono/man, but I'll fix them instead.
