First thing to implement is the .browsers database parser. I've already done
some work in this area, but it got preempted by other tasks. After this part is
done (and it's a bit tricky since we must keep using browsercaps.ini), the
control adapter lookup must be implemented.
If you're interested in taking over what I've done so far, please contact me
privately so that I can introduce you into details.
