[Mono-dev] What is needed to support CSS Control Adapters?

Hi all (esp. Marek),

Based on a conversation with Joe Audette, author of mojoPortal, it sounds
like some more work is needed for Mono to support CSS Control Adapters.  Can
someone let me know what needs to be done?  Depending on the scope of work,
I might have time to take a shot at it.
