There exist a project called Pootle, in pootle.wordforge.org, where using a
Web inferface you can translate diferent proyects (send a request to its
list), and after you finish you can get help in how to send your
translations to the developers in any project; also you can install a copy
of pootle localy, but I think this is just for bigger projects that need a
custom projects and files...
