[Mono-dev] [Patch] New patch

Here's a new patch to xbuild. Patch is relative to
mcs/class/Microsoft.Build.Engine dir.

It contains a fix for a bug where TaskEngine didn't get a Project
reference and couldn't eval expressions and some small clean-ups and
tests.

Also implemented an ugly temporary hack to transform \ and / to path
separators, like I talked to marek on irc.
