[Mono-dev] System.Web tests using inline delegates

Hello,

I am currently working on porting Mono System.Web tests to Grasshopper
and I've found that the following tests are using inline delegates. 

System.Web.UI.WebControls/CalendarTest.cs
System.Web.UI.WebControls/LinkButtonTest.cs

For now, Grasshopper does not support this feature. I would like to
check in the fixed version that is able to run in pure 1.1 version.

Please approve the attached patches.
