[Mono-dev] Building steps for Visual Studio 2005 ?

Hi,

I got mono from snv, and I read the README.vsnet, saying that there
was some prerequisite to use mono under VS2005, but no details about
it ( except that it needs monoburg and genmdesc ...).

Before loading the project under VS2005, what do I have to do under
cygwin ? make the whole project to generate some files, or just some
modules ?
