Patch applied to SVN r64497.

I noticed that bug a while ago but didn't take the time to fix it, so
thanks for taking the time to fix it :-)

For small fixes to existing Gendarme features you can open a issue on
bugzilla.ximian.com, Product "Mono: Tools", component "tools" (until we
create a Gendarme one) and attach your patch to it.

Also include an entry in the ChangeLog file explaining the change/fix
(as the original author does this far better than the committer ;-)
