[Mono-dev] gendarme patch (bugfix): invalid test case: EmptyDestructorTest

Hi all,

attached a small patch for the EmptyDestructorTest. It fails but imho this
rule should success in TestCase EmptyDestructorClass becaue the rule
actually matches and therefore returns a non-null result.
