[Mono-dev] System.Web.UI.WebControls/FormView

Hello,

 

Attached a reworked patch, which keeps the old logic if
FormView.AllowPaging is true.

In addition, EnsureDataBound() and CreateControlsStyle() fallback to
base.

 

If no one objects I'll commit.

The attached patch ensures rebinding when FormView.PageIndex is called.
A relevant test is inside.
